Niederlande-Groningen-Festival

De Hafengeburtstag in Hamburg. Een bruisend maritiem evenement in de stad aan de Elbe, ter gelegenheid van de 826e verjaardag van deze derde haven van Europa. Niet zo maar een feestje, maar het grootste havenfeest ter wereld. Driehonderd schepen liggen aangemeerd of doen de haven aan. Indrukwekkende cruiseschepen, tallships, marinevaartuigen, sleepboten en heel veel pleziervaartuigen. Anderhalf miljoen bezoekers genieten van het spektakel op het water, van de terrasjes, markten, muziek en activiteiten langs de kades. Wie er niet bij kan zijn, kijkt tv, want de Hafengeburtstag wordt live uitgezonden. En dat allemaal dankzij het feit dat keizer Friedrich Barbarossa de stad op 8 mei 1189 havenrechten schonk.
NP3 presenteert M0Bi Valley: Koffiedik: van afval naar product
M0Bi Valley is het onderzoeks-, proces- en ontwikkelLAB van NP3, waar kunstenaars, wetenschappers, onderzoekers, technici, ICT’ers, ondernemers, studenten, vindingrijke burgers en … nauw samenwerken aan nieuwe oplossingen in veranderende tijden. Tijdens de Hafengeburtstag 2015 wordt het project KoffieDrabLAB onder de aandacht gebracht. Het onderzoek van NP3 naar het hergebruik van koffiedik is ontstaan door een opdracht van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, ter ere van het nieuwe, duurzame kantoorgebouw van de Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs en de Belastingdienst in de stad Groningen : p0rtaal. Een van de belangrijkste afvalstromen in het gebouw is namelijk koffiedik: 400 kg per dag! Bezoekers kunnen kennismaken met de eerste ontwikkelingen van het hergebruik van deze koffiedik: de oesterzwamkwekerij De Zwammerij en het proeven van de handgemaakte oesterzwambitterballen. Dit alles vanuit het Zwammobiel, van Superuse Studios, een mobiele keuken gemaakt van gebruikte materialen, zoals stalen aanrechtbladen.
De Zwammerij
Sinds september 2014 is de Oesterzwamkwekerij: De Zwammerij een feit. In NP3 | M0Bi kweekt de maatschappelijk verantwoorde Groningse ondernemer Harrie de Vries (Hoogeland Catering) oesterzwammen op koffiedik van de Belastingdienst en Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs. Het gehele groeiproces van koffiedik tot oesterzwam is zichtbaar voor het publiek en worden kennis en ervaringen in het kweekproces gedeeld. De oesterzwammen vinden hun weg naar restaurants en worden verwerkt in producten, zoals de oesterzwambitterbal. Nieuwsgierig? Tijdens het Groningen – Niederlande – Festival op de Kehrwiederspitze kunt u de handgemaakte bitterballen van De Zwammerij proeven.

The Hafengeburtstag in Hamburg. A vibrant maritime event in the city at the Elbe, on the occasion of the 826th birthday of this third harbour in Europe. Not just a party, but the greatest harbour festival in the world. Three hundred ships are docked or will visit the harbour. Impressive cruise ships, tall ships, naval vessels, towboats and a lot of recreational boats. One and a half million visitors enjoy the spectacle on the water of the outdoor cafes, markets, music and activities along the quays. For those who cannot visit the festival, watch TV, because the Hafengeburtstag will be broadcasted live. And all thanks to the fact that Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa gave the city on May 8, 1189 harbour rights.
The KoffieDrabLAB: Coffee grounds: from waste to product
M0Bi Valley is the research, process and development LAB of NP3, where artists, scientists, researchers, technicians, ICT professionals, entrepreneurs, students, resourceful citizens and … work closely together to create new solutions in changing times. During Hafengeburtstag Hamburg 2015 the project KoffieDrabLAB will be brought into attention. The research of NP3 on the reuse of coffee grounds originated by a commission of the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf in honor of the new sustainable office building of the Office for educational grants and registration of students and the Tax Office in Groningen: p0rtaal. One of the main waste flows in the building is coffee grounds: 400 kg per day! Visitors can get acquainted with the first developments of reusing coffee grounds: the oyster mushroom grow farm De Zwammerij and the tasting of handmade oyster mushroom crispballs. All this from the Zwammobiel of Superuse Studios, a mobile kitchen made of used materials such as steel countertops.
De Zwammerij
Since September 2014, the oyster mushroom grow farm: De Zwammerij is a fact. In NP3 | M0Bi the socially responsible Groninger entrepreneur Harry de Vries (Hoogeland Catering) grows oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds of the Office for educational grants and registration of students and the Tax Office in Groningen. The entire growth process from coffee grounds to oyster mushrooms is publicly visible and are knowledge and experiences in the cultivation process shared. The oyster mushrooms find their way to restaurants and are incorporated into products such as the oyster mushroom crispballs. Curious?
