The relationship between Art and the Public will be discussed with experts from art institutions throughout the Netherlands. How do you, as an institution, relate to your audience when creating exhibitions, new purchases for the collection and selecting artists with whom you collaborate? How do the artistic choices you make relate to the target group you aim to reach? What is the function of peripheral programming and how do you involve the intended target group in shaping it? We warmly invite the public to join the conversation and share their experiences from the visitor side.
